This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a supportive team, build strong customer relationships, and be rewarded for your performance with an attractive commission structure and a company vehicle.

A Day in the Life

As the face of our Service Department, you'll guide customers through every stage of their service journey—from the moment they arrive until they drive away.

You'll manage service bookings, liaise closely with our workshop team, provide regular updates to customers, and ensure every experience is seamless, skilled and enjoyable. Whether you're welcoming customers into our fully undercover service drive or assisting them throughout the day, you'll be focused on delivering exceptional service with confidence and efficiency.

This is a fast-paced role where organisation, communication and forward planning are essential. Every day brings something different, and your ability to stay on top of your workload while creating a positive customer experience will set you apart.

By the end of each day, you'll have made a genuine impact—not only by looking after your customers but by helping drive the success of our Service Department and the dealership as a whole.

About You

You're passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a busy dealership environment. You communicate confidently,



stay organised under pressure and take pride in delivering a first-class experience.

You'll ideally have previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership and understand the pace and expectations of the role. You're someone who naturally builds rapport, identifies opportunities to add value, and enjoys achieving strong results for both your customers and your team.

A current and valid driver's licence is essential.

Most importantly, you're motivated to succeed, enjoy being rewarded for your efforts, and are looking to build a long-term career with a growing dealership.
