About the Role
As an Educator, you will:
- Provide high-quality education and care for children aged 0–6 years.
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families.
- Support children's learning through play-based experiences.
- Work collaboratively with the Centre Director, Educational Leader and your team.
- Assist with planning and implementing engaging educational programs.
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment.
- Support children's wellbeing, development and individual learning goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and our positive centre culture.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or currently studying).
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, reliable and professional attitude.
- Australian working rights.
