We are seeking wait staff with availability Saturday & Sunday for lunch shifts and the occasional evening function. We require our staff to be skilled, energetic, and confident liaising with customers.
Experienced and passionate industry professionals are encouraged to apply and will be paid for their experience accordingly, however we provide full training and award wages for those with the right attitude looking to enter the workplace in their first hospitality job.
What we are looking for:
- A strong work ethic
- Ability to run a section independently in a fast-paced busy restaurant
- A sound knowledge of the Yarra Valley region
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work weekends (one day at a minimum) and the occasional public holiday

The successful candidate must have:
- Previous experience in a similar restaurant environment or a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
