Mobile Experts is looking for Full Time/casual Mobile Phone Repair Technicians. for our Shop in Shell-harbour and for Figtree.

You will be responsible for the following:

MINUMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MOBILE REPAIRS

- Ability to repair broken I- Phone/Samsung Phones/ Tablets
- Provide repair skill training to junior phone repair technicians.
- Work with established guidelines, particularly with leading brands, i.e life proof, EFM, Otter Box & Casemate
- Greet customers who enter/approach the shop/kiosk
- Assist customers to find the right product for their requirement and upsell
- Be responsible for processing cash and card payment
- Answer queries from customers
- Deal with customer refunds
- Responsibly deal with customer complaints

Availability on Thursday nights and weekend is required. Prior experience in a similar role within retail will be preferred.

Pay: From $34.76 per hour
