Ben Ean is looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Casual Patisserie & Deli Team Member to join our team.

About the Role

- Casual position with approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Weekend availability is essential, with some weekday shifts available
- Opportunity to work in a beautiful Hunter Valley venue

Responsibilities

- Providing exceptional customer service
- Preparing and serving coffee, beverages and light café items
- Assisting with the sale of cakes, pastries, deli products and retail items
- Operating the point-of-sale system and handling transactions
- Restocking displays and maintaining the presentation of the Patisserie & Deli
- General cleaning and maintaining a safe, tidy work workplace

About You

- Previous experience in hospitality, cafés, retail or customer service is preferred
- Friendly,



positive and well-presented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Current RSA (or willingness to obtain one) is an advantage
- A current driver's licence is preferred, but not essential
