Piccolo Me Homebush is looking for an experienced and exceptional Chef to join our team at our cafe location. We operate 7 days a week, and are now newly opened. Our menu is easy and has a range of simple plated meals, which also includes burgers, wraps, pastas, fish n chips, and general breakfast.

Role and Responsibility

- Preparing a range of Modern Australian meals for guests of the venue, including, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks to a high standard
- Ensure menus, food standards, procedures and processes are followed
- Supervise and manage kitchen operations as required
- Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
- Is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen area is in line with current health regulation standards

Essential Skills and Qualifications

- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in a fast and busy workplace
- Full working rights in Australia
- Must have flexible availability (Mon- Sunday)
