Care Tribe Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Support Worker, Greek speaking Worker to provide in-home support for an aged care client in Tarneit, VIC

Key Responsibilities:

- Personal care assistance
- Mobility and transfer support
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation
- Light domestic assistance
- Companionship and social support

Requirements:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or equivalent (preferred)
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in community or aged care is highly regarded
