About the role

As a Line Cook at 6HEAD, you will play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, premium kitchen. You will work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure every plate meets our standards for presentation, timing, and flavour. Precision, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience as a Line Cook
- Can move seamlessly between sections and deliver consistency during service
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume,



quality-driven environment
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and above
- Pastry skills is an advantage
- Strong technical skills, organisation, and service awareness
- Excellent food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Ability to perform calmly and consistently during service
- Commitment to OHS and workplace compliance
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for quality produce and well-executed food
