About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Production Support Developer to join our Supporting Apps Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of core applications including MODAX, CM23, Encore+ and Deliver.

You will play a vital role in troubleshooting production incidents, resolving bugs, optimising system performance, and supporting deployments, collaborating closely with development and infrastructure teams in a rapid-paced, enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain production applications (MODAX, CM23, Encore+, Deliver) and respond promptly to incidents
- Investigate and resolve system failures, performance bottlenecks, and bugs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop fixes, implement enhancements, and ensure post-deployment stability




- Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to long-term solution design
- Support deployments and coordinate change management activities
- Uphold ITIL-aligned incident, change, and problem management practices

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience supporting production environments (MODAX, CM23, Encore+), including integration pipelines
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# or Python
- Strong experience in MS SQL / SQL and database troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Exposure to ITIL frameworks and best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,490.00 – $85,000.00 per year
