Senior Program Officer – VPS5 – Ongoing Full time

What you’ll do

The Senior Program Officer supports the effective delivery of financial and corporate operations across the Victorian Public Sector Commission by coordinating budget, finance, procurement and related corporate processes. The role is responsible for monthly budget reporting, finance and accounting coordination with the Department of Government Services, accounts payable and receivable, procurement support, and maintaining financial administration processes. Working across the Commission and with external stakeholders, the role requires strong organisational skills, sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

You will be confident working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation, bring a strong client focus, and be comfortable managing competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. We are also seeking someone who is innovative, curious and committed to continuous improvement.
