IZAKAYA MITTO is an exciting new Japanese Izakaya & bar located in the iconic place of Sydney. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Senior Staff to ensure all operational activities at our venue.

What you will need:

- RSA is a requirement for this role.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced restaurant; with a robust understanding of food & beverage service.
- Demonstrated experiencing in training FOH staff on sales & service procedures.
- Ability to confidently operate a POS system and handle transactions accurately.
- Strong upselling skills and a passion for creating great customer experiences.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills,



with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.

About the Benefits

Working Hours:

- 30~35 hours per week, including weekends.
- Flexible roster, including evenings (Mon-Sun).

Hourly wage:

- Weekday : $33.08 + Super.
- Weekend : Legal weekend hourly rate applies + Super.
- Public Holiday : Legal Public Holiday hourly rate applies + Super.
