Responsibilities
This role involves working on the production line to lay flooring coverings, ensuring quality and precision in every project, and offers an opportunity to work alongside a supportive team.
What will you do?
- Lay flooring coverings from preparation to finish, ensuring high-quality results
- Sand and level timber flooring panels to prepare surfaces for installation
- Apply flooring finishes, including vinyl and carpets, with precision
- Perform cold welding of joins to ensure seamless flooring installations
Glue vinyls where necessary to secure flooring materials effectively

Your Profile
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Floor Layer is essential.
- Experience installing commercial and/or residential flooring products, including carpet, vinyl, and other floor coverings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Certificate in Floor Laying or a related qualification is desirable but not essential.
