About the Role

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll be responsible supporting the F&B; Manager in overseeing the daily F&B; operations of the resort, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff during shifts, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. With a hands-on approach,



you’ll craft exceptional guest moments, enhance operational efficiencies, and set benchmarks for excellence.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Manage F&B; staff during shifts, ensuring they follow service standards and procedures.
- Assist in training current staff and providing ongoing coaching and support.
- Support the F&B; Manager to manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Address any staff issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or issues immediately.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and provide feedback to the F&B; Manager.
- Promote a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in the resort.
- Assist in developing and implementing promotions and special events to enhance the guest experience.
- Oversee the preparation and serving of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking supplies and checking deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
