What You’ll Be Doing:

- General repairs and home maintenance

- Second fix carpentry

- Defect rectification

- Bathroom renovations

- Door and door hardware installation

- Timber repairs and replacement

- Plasterboard repairs

- Cornice repairs and installation

- Managing the customer experience from start to completion

- Working autonomously and running your own jobs

- Minor onsite estimating

- Collaborating with the wider trades team

- (Desirable but not essential) painting, concreting, tiling, and non-structural demolition

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in building maintenance and repairs

- Trade qualification in Carpentry

- Current SA Driver’s Licence

- White Card

- National Police Clearance (required)

- DCSI Clearance (preferred)

- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills

- Great customer service and communication

- Ability to work autonomously with initiative
