We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based therapy programs that help clients improve their independence, daily living skills, and overall quality of life. You will work collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams across a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver occupational therapy interventions to support functional goals.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
Educate clients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies and equipment.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
Ensure compliance with skilled, ethical, and workplace standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current registration/licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Current driver's licence (if community-based role).
Current Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and First Aid/CPR certification (where required).
