Support Worker Required – Armadale (Male Participant)

Location: Armadale, WA

We are currently seeking an experienced, compassionate, and confident Support Worker to support a male participant in Armadale.

Participant Profile

* Cerebral Palsy

* Physical disability

* Complex support needs, including sexually inappropriate behaviours

About the Role

The successful applicant will provide person-centred support to assist the participant with daily living activities, community access, and achieving their NDIS goals while maintaining skilled boundaries and following behaviour support strategies.

Essential Requirements

* Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours

* Confidence in managing challenging behaviours while maintaining professionalism

* Understanding of positive behaviour support and trauma-informed practice

* NDIS Worker Screening Check

* Working With Children Check (if applicable)





* Current First Aid & CPR

* Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

* NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable

* Experience supporting people with Cerebral Palsy and physical disabilities

* Manual handling experience

* Behaviour support training (highly regarded)
