About the Role

As a Headspa Therapist, you'll deliver deeply relaxing treatments including scalp massage, shampooing, hair-drying and consultations to help clients reduce stress and improve scalp and hair health.

Job Role Specifics

Rate of Pay (permanent pay rates):

- $26–$27 per hour for recent graduates.

- $28–$35 per hour for experienced hair, massage, beauty professionals.

- Penalty rates for Saturdays and Sundays.

- Monthly rebook incentives.

Hours

- Full-time or Part time positions with guaranteed hours.

- We are open 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week and offer morning and evening shifts.



(please note most positions require a mix of morning and evening shifts)

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- Either a Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or Certificate II in Salon Assistant.

- Previous salon or clinic experience in hair and massage.

- A genuine interest in hair and scalp health, relaxation therapies, and holistic wellness.

- Professional grooming and presentation, with strong communication and customer service skills.

- The physical capacity for 6–8-hour shifts.

- A willingness to learn and embrace Japanese wellness culture.
