About the Role
You'll be the trusted advisor for residential customers, providing technical guidance, diagnosing system issues, and recommending the most suitable heating and cooling solutions.
You'll work closely with customers from initial enquiry through to solution,
delivering an exceptional experience while helping achieve both individual and team sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical advice on residential HVAC systems
- Diagnose faults across a range of heating and cooling brands
- Recommend suitable repair, replacement and upgrade solutions
- Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service
- Prepare accurate recommendations and quotations
- Manage multiple customer enquiries and competing priorities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Ensure every customer receives a professional, seamless experience
About You You'll be a qualified HVAC professional who enjoys working with people just as much as solving technical problems.
You will ideally have:
- Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Trade Qualification
- Current ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Residential HVAC experience
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Customer-first attitude with a proactive approach
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
