We are looking for an experienced casual Receptionist to join our NPATS team. This role will be a key team member managing our front desk, greeting patients as they arrive, supporting our team of clinical psychologists, as well as key administration duties.
Experience in a similar type of clinic and knowledge of Zanda health software (or similar) is required. Diary management for all practitioners, patient data entry and processing of payments are key elements of the role. Excellent customer service and communication skills are advantageous. We seek a detail-oriented individual with an ability to multi-task. Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Suite required. Typing and formatting skills essential.
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
