Roles and responsibilities include:

· Oversee and manage daily warehouse and storage operations.

· Review, track and manage stock movements from suppliers to customers to ensure time-effective re-ordering and restocking.

· Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimise inventory management, product availability, and operational performance.

· Prepare and implement plans to maintain required stock levels at minimum cost.

· Negotiate agreements with suppliers on pricing, volumes and delivery schedules to secure quality, cost-effective supply.

· Manage and liaise with suppliers locally and regionally on cost, quality, stock levels and delivery, providing forecasts to ensure continuity of supply.





· Monitor and manage inventory management systems and stock control procedures to minimise wastage and maintain supply continuity.

· Process orders, supervise transactions and invoicing, and oversee recording of purchase, storage and distribution transactions.

· Liaise with internal departments and customers on outbound order requirements to ensure accurate, on-time fulfilment.

· Oversee order fulfilment to meet customer specifications and food-safety standards.

· Implement systems and processes to improve operational efficiency.

· Manage and monitor staff performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.

Experience:

· At least 1 year experience as a Supply and Distribution Manager or a related field.

· $80,000– $100,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
