Accounts Receivable Officer – West Footscray
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 + Super

Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our growing team in West Footscray. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys taking ownership of the full AR function.

Our client is one of the largest distributors of cleaning materials, chemicals and equipment.

For over 30 years, our client has provided an extensive range of products and services catering for the professional, commercial, industrial and domestic cleaning industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Invoice Management — Generate, process, and reconcile customer invoices
- Debt Collection — Follow up outstanding accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
- Account Reconciliation — Ensure accuracy across ledgers and resolve discrepancies
- Reporting — Prepare weekly and monthly AR reports for management




- Process Improvement — Identify opportunities to streamline AR workflows

About You

- AR Experience in a similar role (3+ years preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of accuracy and organisational ability
- Proficiency with accounting systems (MYOB, Xero, SAP or similar)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
