Roy Morgan is seeking an experienced Senior Survey Programmer to design, build and deliver high-quality surveys aligned to project specifications. This role is suited for someone who is highly detail orientated and technically robust in building surveys, in particular for large quantitative studies such as longitudinal projects, or door-to-door/in-person surveys.

Key Responsibilities
· Design and program large quantitative surveys. Experience with Forsta (Decipher/HX) is beneficial but not essential.
· Translate research requirements into functional survey scripts.
· Build complex survey logic including routing, quotas, validation and randomization.
· Apply JavaScript, HTML and CSS to deliver responsive, user-friendly survey experiences.




· Design and Program surveys for door-to-door/in-person interviewing also known as Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI).
· Develop and maintain reusable survey templates and documentation.
· Conduct rigorous testing to ensure survey accuracy and performance.
· Work closely with Project Managers, Researchers and Field teams.
· Manage sample providers and API integrations.
· Review and quality-check the work of other programmers
