About the role
The Project Coordinator reports directly to the Sustainability and Performance Manager and provides tactical support to West Moreton Hospital (WMH) infrastructure and assets project delivery.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Working knowledge of AS 4300-1995 General conditions of contract for design and construct.
Commercial insight together with a high level of proficiency in the tactical procurement function of construction projects.
Conversant with Queensland Government procurement policies and procedures.
A high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs and Q-Contracts / Open Windows to manage, correlate and present data in meaningful reports in a range of formats.
A commitment to quality processes, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to these improvements in the work setting.
Working knowledge of safe systems of work and their application relevant to the work environment.
The ability to work unsupervised and in a team workplace.
Mandatory Requirements:
Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
