In this role, you'll:
Support the planning and development of integrated transport network solutions with a particular focus on roads and how they interact with various transport modes.
Working within a collaborative team environment, you will coordinate investigations, undertake analysis, engage with stakeholders, contribute to business case development, and help deliver high-quality outcomes on infrastructure projects that align with customer, community and government priorities.
More specifically you will:
- Support the planning and development of integrated network solutions that address safety, performance and customer needs.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of business cases through analysis of project needs and requirements, technical inputs and economic outcomes.
- Gather and integrate technical data,
modelling outputs and stakeholder feedback to support robust project documentation and recommendations.
- Liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to support integrated transport initiatives and network performance improvements.
- Support the assessment and prioritisation of project proposals, ensuring alignment with network and organisational objectives.
- Prepare reports, advice, project documentation and governance materials to support informed decision-making.
- Provide input into responses for media, ministerial and community enquiries as required.

About you
You are a proactive and analytical professional with experience supporting projects or programs within a transport, infrastructure or similarly complex environment. You enjoy working with data, solving problems and building productive relationships with stakeholders, while delivering high-quality outcomes within competing priorities and deadlines.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience in project or program development within transport, infrastructure or other complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data,
financial information and technical inputs to support development of transport solutions and business cases to progress projects into delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, documentation and advice.
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to collaborate across teams, technical specialists and external partners.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering customer-focused outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent relevant professional experience.
