We are seeking a passionate Provisional Psychologist / Behaviour Support Practitioner to join a supportive and growing allied health team. This is a hands-on, client-focused role where you’ll make a meaningful difference by supporting individuals with complex needs across the lifespan.

What you’ll be doing

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored behaviour support plans
- Implement and review plans, adjusting strategies to achieve the best outcomes
- Provide training and guidance to families, carers, and support staff
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated support services
- Maintain accurate client records and meet compliance requirements
- Participate in ongoing professional development and reflective practice

What we’re looking for

- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field




- BSP Registered Practitioners or those working toward suitability
- Provisional Psychologists encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of evidence-based behaviour support approaches
- Proven ability to achieve positive client outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a supportive team
- Driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally as required
