Optimal Recruitment is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Car Park Attendant to join a community-focused organisation in Manly. About the Role
As a Car Park Attendant, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operation of parking facilities and ensuring customers receive a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor the day-to-day operation of parking stations to ensure safe and efficient service delivery.
- Assist customers with parking enquiries and provide a high standard of customer service.
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance of car park equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented environment.
- Complete basic administrative tasks and operational reporting.
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and Council requirements.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Previous customer service, facilities, parking,



or operational experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.
- The ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Valuable problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Basic computer and administrative skills.

Fixed Shift Schedule

- Tuesday: 6:30am - 2:30pm
- Wednesday: 6:30am - 3:30pm
- Thursday: 6:30am - 2:30pm
- Friday: 6:30am - 3:00pm
- Saturday: 6:30am - 1:30pm
