Hours: Flexible (10–20 hours per week initially)

Golden Paws Home & Pet Service is expanding across Sydney, with plans to grow into the Gold Coast and beyond.

We're looking for a confident, organised and proactive Business Development & Partnerships Coordinator to help grow our client base while supporting recruitment and contractor onboarding.

Your Role

This is a varied role combining business development, partnerships, recruitment and administration.

Business Development

- Build relationships with veterinary clinics
- Meet boarding kennels and catteries
- Connect with dog groomers and trainers
- Visit real estate agencies and property managers
- Develop partnerships with Airbnb and holiday accommodation providers
- Attend networking events
- Follow up new business enquiries
- Identify new referral opportunities
- Represent Golden Paws professionally at meetings

Recruitment & Onboarding

- Review applications
- Conduct phone and Zoom interviews
- Complete contractor onboarding
- Verify ABNs, insurance and compliance documents
- Coordinate inductions
- Maintain recruitment records
- Support contractor engagement

Administration





- Manage emails and client enquiries
- Schedule meetings and interviews
- Maintain CRM and partnership records
- Prepare reports and follow-up correspondence

About You

You'll ideally have experience in one or more of the following:

- Business development
- Sales
- Recruitment
- Human resources
- Customer service
- Administration
- Account management

You'll also have:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation
- Strong organisational skills
- Confidence speaking with business owners
- Ability to work independently
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable vehicle for local meetings
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
