Due to continued growth, we are seeking motivated and customer-focused Bus Marshals to support our daily operations.

About the Role:

As a Bus Marshal, you will help ensure the safe and efficient movement of passengers and vehicles during school services.

This is a casual role (15–20 hours per week), primarily during school peak hours (morning and afternoon shifts).

Work locations: May include but not limited to schools in areas that you will Marshal for are located In - Bellevue Hill, Rose Bay, Normanhurst, White Bay (NEAR CBD), Strathfield, Summer Hill and Campbelltown.

(Preference given to candidates living nearby). Please note Interviews would be conducted in our Head office at Chullora.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise passengers to maintain safety and order

· Assist with boarding and disembarking (especially school children)

· Monitor and enforce safety procedures

· Communicate with drivers and operations via phone and radio

· Provide clear and calm instructions to passengers

· Report incidents or issues promptly

· Ensure punctual arrival for scheduled services

· Represent NSBC Charter professionally at all times

About You:





You are:

· Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

· Calm, patient, and confident managing the public and children

· A clear and effective communicator

· Alert, responsible, and safety-focused

· Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet

· Able to use mobile devices and radios

Requirements:

· Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)

· Full working rights in Australia

· Driver’s licence and access to a car

· Ability to reliably travel to assigned locations
