As we continue expanding throughout the Illawarra and surrounding areas, we're looking to grow our team with motivated individuals who enjoy speaking with people and want the flexibility of working from home.
Our goal is straightforward: provide homeowners with a better experience when choosing a real estate agent while helping them reduce the cost of selling.
About the Role
As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners, having genuine conversations to determine whether they're considering selling their property.
This role is ideal for someone who's confident on the phone, enjoys talking to people, and wants the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while working flexible hours.
No previous real estate experience is required. Full training, scripts and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities
- Speak with homeowners in a professional and friendly manner.
- Identify homeowners considering selling their property.
- Qualify potential clients based on our criteria.
- Record accurate information and notes.
- Submit qualified leads through our internal system.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident speaking on the phone.
- Self-motivated and reliable.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous sales, customer service or call centre experience is an advantage but not essential.

Pay
Commission Only
- $1,000 for every qualified client who signs with one of our partner agencies.
- No cap on earnings.
