We take pride in offering our students guided support throughout their chosen pathway of VCE, VM or VET studies and prepare them for post-secondary options, including tertiary entry and further training or employment. In recent years our rate of Year 12 students entering further education training or fulltime employment has been at 100%.

Selection Criteria

SC1 Demonstrated capacity to perform duties consistent with established guidelines and frameworks, including coordinating and supporting others in respect to specific work functions relevant to the role.

SC2 Demonstrated capacity to work and collaborate with others in a team environment.





SC3 Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively in a team environment, including high level oral and written communication skills.

SC4 Possess the technical knowledge and expertise relevant to the position.

SC5 Demonstrated capacity to provide advice and support to management and other school staff in respect to the work area.

Role

Cleaning and Grounds. This is to ensure that all facilities and grounds are secure and well-maintained for staff students and visitors.

This involves daily cleaning routines in areas allocated by the MCG school operational manager.

Role will include General cleaning of buildings - empty of wastpaper baskets, vacuuming all carpeted areas, sweep areas eg vinyl, linoleum and wooden floors. Maintain a clean polished surface throughout.

Responsibilities

This position requires liasing with the School Operational Manager compiling an outline of General cleaning/maintenance around the College.
