skilled Commercial Landscape and Civil contractors. Our primary focus

projects. We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to immediately
join our team. The successful candidate will be required to review tender
requests and documentation, collate and prepare tender submissions in a
timely and efficient manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the
estimating division such as:

- Manage and review tender requests
- Review and analyse technical drawings, scopes and specifications for
projects
- Responsible for completing plan take-offs, BOQs and project cost
spreadsheets
- Supplier management including qualification and coordination for pricing
- Liaise with clients and management of expectations
- Prepare tender submissions and ensure deadlines are met
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Make recommendations and assist Senior Management to improve
processes and efficiencies across the division and organisation




- Development/Management of business estimating templates and databases
- Be the authoritative contact for all matters relating to the Department
- Communicate with Senior Leadership team openly and as soon as any issues
are identified
- Reporting to the General Manager

Experience and Skills Required:

- Tertiary qualifications preferred
- Over 4 years’ experience in a similar role is essential (Construction, Civil and
Landscaping Estimators experience)
- Advanced technical knowledge of landscape and/or civil construction
methodology, materials etc.
- Competent and confident to use Microsoft suite of products including Word,
Excel, PDF, Project etc.
- Reliable transportation
- Workcover White Card
- Fluent written and verbal English ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills
