Position Overview
As a Bartender at Al Aseel, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional beverage experience for our guests. You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, wine and other beverages while providing warm, friendly, and skilled service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests
- Process food & beverage orders accurately and confidently
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels of the bar area
- Ensure all beverages are presented consistently and in line with brand standards
- Follow RSA guidelines and responsible service practices at all times




- Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For

- Previous bartending and F&B; experience
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
