We’re Hiring – Group Safety Manager
BOSS Engineering is seeking an experienced WHS professional to lead safety across our business. Based in Inverell, this full-time role is key to shaping a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance with WHS legislation.
What you’ll do:
Lead WHS systems and compliance across all sites
Partner with leaders to drive safety strategy and culture
Oversee audits, investigations, training and return-to-work programs
What we’re looking for:
Solid background in WHS, ideally with multi-site or manufacturing experience
Strong understanding of WHS legislation and systems
Outstanding communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
