Your Role
In this hands-on role, you will be required to:

- Operate, maintain and monitor the water treatment plant, pump stations, reservoirs and water reticulation assets.
- Operate, maintain and monitor sewage treatment plants, sewage pump stations and sewer reticulation assets.
- Participate in the construction and repair of water reticulation and sewer reticulation assets.
- Carry out water quality tests and keep accurate records of results.
- Assist with any other tasks related to the Water and Wastewater Section

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Certificate Chemical Dosing Systems for water supplies (Part 1) and/or Wastewater Treatment Operations for Sewerage Treatment Plants (Part 1) or the ability to obtain on of the above certificates within 12 months.
- Current Class C Driver Licence.




- Availability and capacity to undertake on–call duties.
- A white card (general construction induction card).
- A current Calss C driver licence.

Your Working Environment (for eligible employees)

- A 38-hour working week, over a 9-day fortnight
- Access to 6.5 weeks long service leave after 5 years
- 4 weeks paid annual leave
