We are looking for a qualified and reliable Pre-Purchase Vehicle Inspector to join our growing team.

Essential Requirements

* Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent).

* Successfully completed a Light Vehicle Mechanic apprenticeship.

* Current Australian Driver Licence.

* Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical, electrical, steering, suspension and braking systems.

* Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills.

* High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

* Positive communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

* Carry out comprehensive pre-purchase vehicle inspections.

* Perform road tests and assess overall vehicle condition.

* Identify mechanical faults,



oil leaks, accident damage, and safety concerns.

* Prepare accurate digital inspection reports with photos and recommendations.

* Provide honest, unbiased assessments to customers.

* Maintain a professional standard of workmanship and customer service.
