We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence across Victoria. This role is focused on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the commercial and enterprise security space.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current business opportunities in the commercial and enterprise sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and partners
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Organise and conduct product trainings to drive sales
- Maintain a strong pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Assist in counter sales and support branches when required
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in the security industry
- Strong network and connections within commercial and enterprise markets
- Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with brands such as AJAX, AKUVOX, HIKVISION, UNV, VIVOTEK
- Technical understanding of electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, networking, intercoms, automation)
- Experience working with builders, integrators, consultants, or large-scale projects
