Our tourism and hospitality setting may allow eligible Working Holiday visa holders to remain with the same employer for longer than six months under the current condition 8547 exemption. Location: St Kilda, Melbourne
Shifts: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Schedule: 2 to 5 shifts per week, must be available at least one day on the weekend
Training: Provided

About the Role

In The Brick Spa & Hotel is seeking a skilled, reliable and professional Massage Therapist to join our boutique spa and hotel team in St Kilda.

This role is focused on delivering high-quality spa treatments, maintaining excellent hygiene and presentation standards, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our spa. We are looking for someone who is calm, guest-focused, well-presented and able to work both independently and as part of our team.

Core Treatments

The successful candidate should be confident in, the following treatments:

- Hot Stone Massage
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Pregnancy Massage
- Foot Massage
- Mini Facials

Key ResponsibilitiesTreatment Room Preparation & Hygiene

- Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment, including setup, sanitation and reset between guests




- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across treatment rooms and shared spa areas
- Uphold strict hygiene, safety and presentation standards at all times
- Maintain excellent personal presentation and professional conduct

Guest Experience & Team Support

- Deliver professional, attentive and consistent treatments
- Communicate clearly with reception and other therapists to support smooth scheduling
- Assist with general spa operations where required, including laundry, restocking and room preparation

Requirements

- Massage qualification and relevant certification
- Minimum 3 years’ massage therapy experience preferred
- Experience in Hot Stone Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Foot Massage and Mini Facials preferred
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Solid communication skills
- Calm, caring and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and within a small team
- Willingness to support general spa operations when required
