About the Role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will:
- Lead, motivate and empower a passionate outbound sales team
- Coach & mentor your team daily to maximise results
- Drive B2B revenue growth in the SME market
- Uplift customer experience through quality conversations
- Ensure CRM & lead flow performance is always optimised
