A leading premium personal watercraft dealership is seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead sales operations and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day dealership operations.
- Drive sales performance across current and used inventory.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Lead customer enquiries from initial contact through to delivery.
- Coordinate with administration, finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
- Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing initiatives.
- Participate in dealership content creation, including social media videos, promotional campaigns and customer delivery content.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Essential Requirements

- Proven track record in sales with demonstrated results.
- Strong communication,



negotiation and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Professional presentation and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performance team culture.
- Comfortable appearing in and contributing to social media and marketing content.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous management or leadership experience is highly regarded.
- Experience within marine, automotive, motorcycle, powersports or other high-value retail sales industries is advantageous.

Remuneration

A competitive salary package is available, including performance-based commissions.

Candidates with exceptional sales experience but limited management experience may still be considered. In such cases, remuneration and/or an initial trial period may be negotiated based on experience and demonstrated capability.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
