- Webster Packing: Lead in streamlining our current process and handing over to other staff, driving the growth of our packing service.
- Medicinal Cannabis: Assist with the stock management, dispensing protocols, and customer query pathways for our medicinal cannabis patients (no experience is fine, just an open mind is all that is needed).
4. Clinical Service Expansion
- Provide administrative and logistical support for upcoming clinical services, including in-pharmacy vaccination clinics (scheduling, stock readiness, and patient intake).
- Identify opportunities to introduce and promote health programs to our local Aura community.
5. Inventory & Stock Management
- Oversee dispensary stock control, including ordering, receiving, unboxing, and managing expiry dates.
- Help maintain clean, organised, and compliant storage across all product categories (including controlled drugs/S8s).

- Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy (or equivalent dispensary qualification).
- Proven experience working as a Pharmacy Technician in an Australian community pharmacy.
- Demonstrated experience with Dispensing software (Minfos), PBS claiming procedures and tech saavy with other software plattforms.
