Main Responsibilities:

- Clean Airbnb properties to ensure they are guest-ready
- Replenish provided supplies (coffee/tea, toilet paper, and other essentials) when needed
- Report on the condition of the property and/or any damages
- Communicate and coordinate with our in-house team (Outstanding communication skills and a positive can-do attitude is a must).
- Runner tasks may also be needed on a case by case basis.
- Company Vehicle and Contract-To-Employee Opportunities exist for the right person.

IMPORTANT:

- You MUST have a valid drivers license and your own car for this position.
- You MUST have a valid ABN for this position.
- You MUST live within 10KM of the Melbourne CBD for this position.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $50.00 – $160.00 per hour
