We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join the Vitex Quality team. This position is pivotal in ensuring the seamless management of all documents related to our quality management system and regulatory compliance. If you excel in maintaining document accuracy and integrity, possess robust organisational skills, and have a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply and be part of our energetic team!
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Establish and maintain document control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Manage the lifecycle of documents, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archival, according to established procedures
- Coordinate documents for review and approval, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion
- Provide training and support to staff on document control procedures, systems, and best practices
- Conduct periodic audits of document control processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance
- Assist in the preparation and submission of documents for regulatory submissions, inspections, and audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support document control activities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Science or Engineering
- Proficiency in document management systems and software
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document review, editing, and formatting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
