Our Client, Thind Carpentry Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join their team.

Key duties:

- Understanding construction blueprints, sketches, and project plans to determine dimensions and materials needed for construction tasks.
- Using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments to measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, plastic, fiberglass, and other construction materials.
- Building, assembling, and installing frameworks, partitions, rafters, staircases, door frames, windows, and other structures in residential and commercial buildings.
- Installing flooring, doors, windows, exterior wall claddings, sheathing roofs and other essential fittings in line with project specifications.
- Conducting repairs, restoration, and maintenance on existing structures such as doors, frameworks, and damaged building components.
- Following safety guidelines and building regulations during the construction process, using protective equipment and ensuring the proper functioning of tools.
- Coordinating with electricians,



plumbers, bricklayers, tilers, and other tradesmen to ensure seamless integration of all construction elements.
- Assisting in estimating the number of materials, time, and labour needed for construction projects.
- Preparing construction sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and temporary structures, and cleaning up debris and waste at the end of each task.

Eligibility criteria:

- Must have a certificate III qualification in Carpentry.
- 1 year of Full Time Experience working as a Carpenter.
- Able to work safely at heights.
- Team player and positive communication skills.
- Proficiency in using carpentry tools and machines, such as saws, drills, hammers, chisels, and levels.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring quality workmanship.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
