Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality Japanese dishes (sashimi, sushi, hot dishes, etc.)
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and efficiency
Requirements
- Previous experience as a chef/kitchen hand (Japanese cuisine experience preferred but not essential)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Committed to continuous learning and motivated to improve
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
