The ITC Homes Coordinator plays a critical leadership role within Mac Killop’s Permanency Support Program (PSP) Metro Sydney, supporting the delivery of high‑quality Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) for children and young people with complex needs.
About The Role Mac Killop Family Services is seeking an experienced Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) Coordinator to join our Permanency Support Program (PSP) Wollongong. Mac Killop’s Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) programs provide a safe, supportive and therapeutic environment for children and young people with high and complex needs.
As a Coordinator, you will support a dedicated team of House Supervisors and Residential Care staff, ensuring the day to day care and support provided to both staff and young people is consistent, safe and empowering. This role is an important part of our ITC program and reports directly to the Area Manger.

This is a full-time ongoing chance based in Wollongong, NSW. The position reports to the Area Manager. Key Selection Criteria To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have A tertiary qualification in social work, social science, community services, youth work, management or relevant field.

Substantial leadership experience in an equivalent role and demonstrated skills and experience in therapeutic residential care, house management, service coordination. Experience in the Permanency Support Program and ITC will be highly regarded.

Demonstrated ability to supervise, lead and support a team of House Supervisors and Residential Care staff.
