About the Role

Teys Australia is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Coordinator to join the Asset Management team based at our Beenleigh processing site in Queensland.

The role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of project work and driving continuous improvement across the Maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Addressing and resolvingtechnical queries throughout the project lifecycle
- Conducting regular siteinspections to monitor progress and compliance
- Ensuring project objectives,timelines, and budgets are met
- Overseeing contractorperformance, development, and deliverables
- Identifying and mitigatingrisks related to regulatory, health and safety, and environmentalrequirements

About You

It is essential that you have the following experience/skills:

- Abilityto coordinate personnel with diverse skills and experiences to accomplishoverall planning goals.
- Previousexperience coordinating projects




- Strongwritten and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Computerliterate including advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Project, Excel and ERPsystems such as JDE, SAP, etc
- Relevantexperience within the Food Processing Industry.
- Relevantexperience working with Phased Project Delivery Projects
- Workingknowledge and understanding of construction specific Acts, codes and Regulations with particular attention and awareness of the National Construction Code - Building Code of Australia, Queensland Building Work Contractors Act, and Regulation, environmental regulations and legislation.
