Experience: 8–10 years Service Now (10+ years total IT)
Requisites:
- Robust hands-on experience in Service Now ITOM or ITSM, particularly Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
- Design and implement Service Mapping solutions for business-critical services and integrate with CMDB.
- Develop and customize patterns, probes, and sensors to improve service visibility and dependency mapping.
- Troubleshoot mapping issues and optimize discovery processes for accuracy and performance.
- Ensure Service Mapping supports Event, Incident, Change, and Problem Management workflows.
- Handle escalations, participate in stakeholder meetings, and drive solution-focused decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with client stakeholders.
