Responsibilities

- Builds strong relationships with residents, provides exceptional service to enhance resident satisfaction and experience by promptly addressing their needs, and ensures a high level of engagement with village services and amenities.
- Coordinate resident activities, initiatives, and events to promote an active and connected community lifestyle by preparing the village newsletter, activities calendar, and other relevant communications in consultation with the Village Manager.
- Assist the Village Manager in managing village operations and ensure compliance with the Retirement Villages Act, Code of Conduct, and Accreditation Standards.
- Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of resident complaints, concerns, and suggestions by working closely with the Village Manager.

Qualifications





- Genuine passion for interacting with people.
- Experience in a front-line customer facing role within the retirement living, business, hospitality, finance, property management, health or related sectors.
- Proficient in Administrative Support, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Facility Management, and Concierge Services skills.
- Excellent communication, planning and prioritisation, and cross-functional team working skills.
