Capability HR is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the Asia Pacific region on a part time basis (0.6/0.7/0.8 FTE) from our Sydney headquarters. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, deliver strategic HR input to the leadership team, and support a diverse, geographically dispersed workforce across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Hong Kong.
The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and strong knowledge of Australian employment law.
