We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our growing Statutory Insurance NSW - Workers' Compensation practice working with a highly regarded team based in our Sydney or Newcastle office.
Minimum of five years' post-admission experience in personal injury claims, specifically Workers' Compensation. This role offers genuine growth and clear career progression within a supportive setting.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with partners and other team members across Newcastle and Sydney.
- Manages client relationships and provides superior client service.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members.
- Organise and prioritise work effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' post‐admission experience in the personal injury space, specifically Workers' Compensation on the defendant side.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Excellent technical, analytical and drafting skills with keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong commitment to client service.
- Willingness and ability to mentor and supervise junior team members.
- Ability to organise and prioritise effectively.
